How to Set an Animated GIF As a Wallpaper

1. Right-click on your desktop and click 'Properties.' Click on the 'Desktop' tab in the dialog box.
2. Click the 'Browse' button. Navigate to the GIF you would like to use as your background and select it.
3. Change the placement settings as desired. You can either have your GIF centered on the screen, stretched to fit the screen or tiled repeatedly. Click 'OK.'
