How to Restore Windows System Files
1. Click on the Windows Start button in the lower left corner of the task bar. This will bring up the Windows menu.
2. Click on 'All Programs,' which will open a list of programs on your computer.
3. Select 'Accessories,' and another list will appear.
4. Choose 'System Tools' in the Accessories menu. This will display another list of items.
5. Click on 'System Restore,' and the system restore wizard will begin.
6. Follow the instructions in the wizard, clicking the 'Next' button as required, and the program will restore your system to a previous point. This should fix any corrupt system files and eliminate the error message(s) you were getting.
