How to Redirect a USB to LPT1

1. Click the 'Start' button in the lower left corner of the screen.
2. Click 'Devices and Printers.'
3. Right-click the desired printer, and then click 'Printer Properties.'
4. Click the 'Sharing' tab, and then click 'Share This Printer.'
5. Enter a single-word name for the printer, and then click 'OK.' For example, type 'SharedPrinter.'
6. Click the 'Start' button in the lower left corner of the screen.
7. Type 'cmd' without quotes, and then press 'Enter.'
8. Type 'NET USE LPT1: \\ComputerName\printer_share /PERSISTENT:YES' without quotes and replacing 'ComputerName' and 'printer_share' with actual values. You can view the computer name by right-clicking 'Computer' and then click 'Properties.'
