How to Install Internet Explorer 32 Bit Version on a 64 Bit Operating System

1. Download Windows Internet Explorer 8 32-bit from the Microsoft Download website (see Resource). To start the install immediately, click 'Open' or 'Run' when the dialog box appears onscreen. Otherwise, click 'Save.' Double-click the file to launch the installer.
2. Follow the onscreen directions to install IE8 to your computer. Restart your system following installation.
3. Click 'Start.' Click 'All Programs.' Right-click 'Internet Explorer.' Click 'Properties.' Enter into 'Target' the following path:
:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exeReplace '
' with the letter assigned to your main drive. Click 'OK.' Windows will automatically launch the 32-bit version of IE8 each time you click the shortcut on the 'Start' menu.
