How to Change the Scrollbar Color

1. Right click on your desktop. Select 'Properties' from the pop-up window.
2. In the 'Display Properties' window that pops up, select the 'Themes' tab. The themes available for use are listed in the pull-down menu. Select one to try.
3. Once a theme is selected, your desktop and open windows will change to reflect that choice. If you like the way it looks, click 'Apply,' then 'OK' to save the current theme. Otherwise, select a different theme from the pull-down menu and select it.
4. Some themes might make it possible to change individual elements such as window color, font size or scrollbar color. To do this, select the 'Appearance' tab. Properties that can be changed are listed in this tab. Play around with the available options until you find a set of settings that you like.
5. When you are finished, click 'Apply' and 'OK' to exit the 'Display Properties' window.
