How to Sync Windows Mobile With Windows 7

1. Launch Windows Mobile Device Center by clicking on the 'Start' menu, 'All Programs' then 'Windows Mobile Device Center.'
2. Plug the USB cable that came with your Windows Mobile device into the USB port on your phone, then to the computer.
3. Click on 'Set Up Your Device.'
4. Select the checkboxes for each feature that you'd like to sync, such as 'Calendar,' 'Email' and 'Contacts.'
5. Type in the name for your Windows Mobile device then click 'Set Up.' Your device will now be synced with your Windows 7 computer. To sync your device with your computer in the future, simply connect your phone to your computer and click 'Sync' on your phone. Windows Mobile Device Center will open on your computer automatically.
