How to Format a DVD in Windows 7
1. Insert the DVD that you want to format into your computer's DVD writer.
2. Click the 'Burn Files to Disc' option when prompted. Next, type a name for the DVD and click 'Next.'
3. Click either the 'Live File System' option or the 'Mastered' option and click 'Next.' Windows 7 automatically starts to format the DVD.
