How to Enable an Arabic Keyboard
1. Click the 'Start' menu on the taskbar and click the 'Control Panel' to launch the Control Panel.
2. Launch the 'Regional and Language Options' by clicking 'Clock, Language and Region,' and then clicking 'Regional and Language Options.'
3. Click the 'Keyboards and Languages' tab and then click the 'Change Keyboards' option. Click the 'Add' option under 'Installed services.'
4. Double-click the Arabic language option. Double-click the text services you want to add and select the text services options you want to add. Click 'OK' to save your changes.
5. Click the 'Input language' option on the language bar located on the taskbar. If you cannot see the language bar, right-click the 'taskbar,' select 'Toolbars,' and then select 'Language Bar.'
6. Click the 'Keyboard layout' option and select the Arabic keyboard layout.
