How to Disable Runonce.Exe on Startup for Windows 7
1. Click the 'Start' button, type 'msconfig' and press 'Enter.'
2. Click the 'Startup' tab of the 'System Configuration' window that appears.
3. Uncheck 'runonce.exe' from the list of 'Startup Items,' and click 'OK.'
4. Click 'Restart' to restart you computer immediately, or you can click 'Exit Without Restarting' if you prefer to restart later.
